Do you need training to be a model?

But easy it is not and in reality, is quite a punctilious job where you need to make great career plans for being successful and famous. Any degrees required for doing modeling? No. Any training? Well, if not training in the strict sense of the term, you definitely need some kind of preparation to be a model.
How to prepare?
- Enroll with a reputable model service agency for getting industry-specific guidance on the profession including grooming, posing and becoming perfect. Genuine agencies offer free registrations and show their members the real ropes of the career.
- Find out the genre of modeling you are interested in (Fashion, Fitness, Glamour, etc.) and polish up your abilities accordingly.
- Get a portfolio done from professional quarters. Many model services have this on offer and if you can locate a good and reputable studio for getting your portfolio, Z-card and E-folio built up, your job of locating assignments will become easier. Also, this is one great chance to find out how comfortable you will be during photo-shoots, what to expect and what not to expect from photography pros.
- Work on your expressions and poses and find out which ones work for you the best.
- Fortify your stamina, patience and endurance as you will need increased amounts of them to be a model, and survive the chase too.
